→3D Mold Design
Firstly, there is the 3D mold design. Specifications, design drawings, and requirements provided by the customer are transformed into technical drawings.Simultaneously, the shape is broken down into components that are easier to produce, transport, and install.Professional engineering design software is used for mold design.
→Mold Fabrication
The second step is mold fabrication. Various mold components are produced based on the mold breakdown diagram, followed by assembly.
→Bending Of Solid Surface
The third step is the production of artificial stone products. Acrylic-based solid surface is cut according to the product dimensions, then placed in an oven for softening. The softened acrylic-based artificial stone is then bent on the mold.
→ Installation And Polishing
The fourth step is on-site installation and polishing. First, the structural components such as layers, ribs, and square ducts are installed. Then, the solid surface material is installed according to the pre-assigned block numbers. Finally, the seams of the solid surface material are polished and the surface is treated.
