Gelandy offers customization and OEM services. The design of drawings, molds, casting, and other processes for each batch of bathroom products is completed in this workshop, aiming to enhance production efficiency and reduce product error rates.
After confirming the drawings, mold production begins, which takes approximately 15 days.

The demolded basin enter the vacuum baking oven for baking and shaping.

The basin undergoes further shaping.

The solid surface basin undergoes comprehensive polishing, and surface treatment can be matte or glossy based on customer requirements.
