This is a high-end bathroom countertop made from 100% pure acrylic solid surface, thermoformed into a seamless, one-piece structure featuring a built-in sink bowl. It’s heat-bent in the factory, reducing joints and enhancing elegance.

Later, a water-stop splashback and under-mount brackets are adhered for final assembly.

Material & Thermoforming Highlights

100% Pure Acrylic solid surface : Offers excellent non-porous sanitary performance, and superior thermoformability, unlike modified or polyester variants. Can be heat-bent at ~150‑180 °C into complex shapes without cracking.

Seamless and durable: The bench and basin are thermoformed without seams, eliminating joints and improving hygiene and aesthetics.

Easy repair & maintenance: Minor scratches or damage can be sanded and polished back to like-new, extending service life.
